As someone who lives in nyc, never ever take an uber to the airport! Public transport ends up being faster too most of the times. But yes if it’s a business expense

MISS BUSINESS :
The uber shuttle is only $25 and it’s my favorite NY hack. Hotels are brutal; I book with booking.com and use my card and get reward/travel credits that I rollover + booking.com sometimes offer 10% back promo codes. Last, food, I bring my own bagels and eat those in the morning and I splurge on lunch and/or dinner

There are def more affordable ways! But you guys deserve to treat yourselves. You can always take buses or train to airport they’re easy and fast or uber shuttle. Glad you enjoyed the trip [Heartwarming]

I stayed at an alr hotel for roughly $195 per night after tax in 2025. It was also 15mins from Times Square. You can def find cheaper hotels if you’re not set on an overly fancy place
