We’re trying to be perfect for them and always want to do things that make them happy. while you could be right, however, understanding, clarity is built on very clear communication. hence alot of people dont know how to communicate in relationship, place of work, or even able to understand a situation and then translate that to a more concise language. this is not self management, this is a communication issue from parent to the child.
