Of course someone is upset about getting pulled over and went on a power trip. The police officer is the one that runs a traffic stop not the person that got pulled over.

If this guy wanted to de-escalate the situation, it’s not very hard. Driving is a privilege not a right and they don’t have to call a supervisor all they have to do is give the location and the supervisor‘s name for them to speak to you at that point then it can complete a complaint form. This is a myth.
