you can make it yourself! my mom learned how to make tutus when i was smaller and since im going as nyan cat she’s making my tutu as well! i think there’s some tutorials on youtube or tiktok and plus materials aren’t that much as well and can be made within the $20 range

I’m using a beige corset (with the frosting and sprinkles sewn on) for the poptart, and I’m going to lace it with rainbow ribbon and let it trail down my back for the rainbow (I felt so proud abt this idea)
