Girl same. Different reason why I’m upset and feeling guilty but yea, these pregnancy hormones got me messed up. I put makeup on, left the house to go do stuff, cried it all off not even an hour later. For why? Something that wasn’t even my fault but still feels like it.

my fiance just bought a car paint pen to fix up the paint on his truck after removing decals off the side from amazon! if the paint damage isn’t horrible horrible and can be fixed by just a pen, i’d suggest maybe just messaging him and asking for him to cover the cost of the pen. regardless, he did hit you and unfortunately that has a consequence when you are at fault.

I would suggest maybe calling him and have you guys sort out payment to get your car fixed ? I did something similar just because insurance claims are so annoying and honestly I knew it was an easy fix!

DIMINISHED VALUE CLAIM NOW!! file it w insurance and tell his insurance you want compensation for the difference in value. they handle all of it for you

Girl the pregnancy emotions are no joke. I am so sorry that happened to you! I had something similar happen and me and the other guy worked it out through text so neither of us had to go through insurance. Maybe you could work with him to set up a deal and he can help fix your car!

You gotta think about it from a learning perspective, he hit your car because he wasn’t paying attention to the road (probably on the phone) if you let him get off and don’t file with insurance chances are he won’t learn and could possibly seriously hurt someone in the future ://
