unbelievable how this young lady is sharing something she says its good for you, and most of you are just picking at her that she didn't wash the leaves. thats all we are focused on is the small things versus the big picture.

The problem is that you cut off a whole branch of the tree just for that small serving. 😑

I planted three Moringa trees in the front yard, and one in the back yard. We regularly use it for tea.

To the producers of this video, excellent presentation. I’m quite fond of moringa and looking forward to it growing from year to year in order to produce its seed pods where the seeds are also beneficial. I discovered that a young moringa tree gets bushier when the branches are ‘broken off' from the trunk instead of cutting the branch. At the detachment site, a new shoot appears soon after.

I saw another method if you pass the bottom of the smaller stem through the holes in your colander and pull through the leaves pop off the stem.

The little moringa stems are not digestible and need to be removed - harvesting the leaves is actually a very laborious and painstaking process
