THIS IS THE TAKE!!!! i’ve been so conflicted about this because i watched guy’s video and he had some valid points, but i think he was being way too harsh on mamdani. this situation requires so much nuance. another thing i agree with you about is how guy is saying we should be willing to sacrifice our own and i’m not so sure about that. millions of new yorkers’ lives have been improved because of mamdani and his administration. why should we give that up for some show of earnesty that possibly wouldn’t even help palestinians? one thing i really appreciate is how you watched guy’s whole video and responded to his main points with reason. you really helped me understand how his video is wrong so thank you!! also if i’m wrong ab anything i said in this comment pls lmk lol

I agree with you 💯 on this one. I saw his TikTok saying mamdani could arrest yahu and should’ve laid his responsibility down to protest at the UNGA and get arrested, and that Mamdani sent the NYPD to protect yahu, like he couldn’t be further from the truth. I gained huge respect for him raising awareness about what’s going on but he’s directing his anger at the wrong people. He’s choosing what he wants to hear at this point.
