Rwanda, Somalia and Ethiopia are my common ones. The occasional “are you South African?” Is also funny to me. overtime, I’ve come to understand why they ask the question but I’m just black, man. That’s why I look like every other black person.

This is so common in SA and from all races. When you’re beautiful, speak well and have an interesting and intelligent aura about you people other you real quick as a non-South African. If you clarify that you’re black then surely you’re not South African or you’re mixed. It stems from Racism. Non the less, You’re gorgeous and you’re worldly and that’s the point.
