I don’t think people realize what clinical Narcissism actually is.. the majority of people would have narcissistic “traits”. Genuine NPD is a severe mental illness not someone who’s selfish or an asshole

I truly believe in a lot of cases that it's after they join the police force that police officers become influenced... and their egos become inflated... and they love that feeling of power... even if they join the force initially with the best of intentions.. I believe if there was an officer who stood against the corruption his life would be made a living hell and he would be forced out the force.. I believe their hearts grow cold and they become more corrupt over time.. Your posts really help tho..Thank you❤️

hwar ya on this but its the 'how do we/agency/governin audit at measure as the trith is we live in a narasstic society where withouy consiousness the prepriming/conditionin is narc tendancy... plus the mirroring from anyone want to exploit are highly skilled at being covert.. totally heaf ya 💚

tests like MMPI2 HEXACO and IPI would be great to use on prospective police applicants. unfortunately everything hinges on the competency of the interviewer and let's not forget police shortage means they reduce their standards

If I ask you to not bring up a sensitive subject I’ll vet you to notice my discomfort and if we are still arguing on what makes me uncomfortable and becomes a consistent pattern and nothing gets better then I guess we’re both not the family for each other
