He seems hopeful for kindness and just needs someone willing to give him the medical care he needs. Vaquero has a fractured left femoral head and is not walking well on his hind limbs. X-rays confirmed the fracture, and he will require FHO surgery or amputation — care that Dallas Animal Services cannot provide. Because of his injury and medical needs, Vaquero is at risk for euthanasia.
