Thank you. I wondered what was going to happen with him publicly shaming the holdout juror. That took my breath away. In over 50 years of living I've never seen a lawyer do that. It looked to me as being completely unacceptable but I didn't know if anything could happen to him for doing that. Unreal!

I thought he asked for the trials to be bifurcated. One to determine guilt or innocence, & the 2nd to determine her insanity, if she was found to be guilty. Judge wouldn't let it be done that way, so it all had to be done in one shot. She plead not guilty. Since a mistrial happened, he can now say she didn't do it! He won't be disbarred.

The fact that he is going after the hold out juror will make people not want to serve in jury duty for fear of having legal repercussions as a result of it. Now this lone jurror has to pay for an attorney only to defend himself probably costing him thousands of dollars.
