Also do not blame the leaver. It’s okay ! Sometimes people tend to not question their actions but ask yourself « what can i do, how can i change my bad habits » these days people do not try to be better to other. They want other people to be better to them. That’s something i learned myself, try this too, that’s the most mature thing you can do. If only we tried to understand their point of view… that’s something i try to do because i would have loved some people doing the same to me, trying to understand my point of view when i leave.
