@heeykipp: The full 20-week plan is on slides 2–3. Five training days. Two rest days. Shorter weekday sessions, longer weekends. For athletes who already swim, ride and run regularly. Start with a comfortable 600 m swim, 75 min ride and 35 min run. Weekly training time builds from about 5 to 10½ hours under the swim-time estimate shown; travel and changing are extra. Use the session guides, repeat or shorten weeks when needed, and check your event's course and cut-offs. Swim recipes: Tuesday = 100 m easy + easy 100 m repeats + 100 m easy, to reach the table total. Thursday = 100 m easy + the continuous target below + easy 100s to fill the remaining metres + 100 m easy. Rest 20–30 sec between sets, or longer if needed. Thursday continuous targets, in metres: W1: 500 · W2: 600 · W3: 700 · W4: 500 · W5: 800 W6: 900 · W7: 1000 · W8: 700 · W9: 1100 · W10: 1200 W11: 1300 · W12: 900 · W13: 1400 · W14: 1500 · W15: 1600 W16: 1100 · W17: 1700 · W18: 1900 · W19: 1000 · W20: 200 Break the continuous segment into shorter repeats if your form or breathing goes. These are coaching-example targets, not readiness tests. Which worries you most: swim, bike or run? Save the plan.
