@itstoriamato: This post is long over due which is probably why i’ve been procrastinating making it because then it would become way more real, probably more real than i would like to admit…. Just a few months ago my entire world changed and literally flipped upside down… my family and i had to pickup and move the only home we’ve ever known with three kids. Left my career, left our house, left friends, left family, left everything, left security, left our comfort zone… To say this is probably one of the hardest things i ever had to do is an understatement. A new place, no job, no security, no plan… So i put my whole trust in God, and till this very day it still isn’t easy but I know God has a plan even though i have no idea what that plan is yet… For months i tried finding a remote job to stay home with my younger two and I was turned down, denied, told i wasn’t qualified (even with a masters degree & almost 10 years of experience), so many applications and so many rejections… It honestly was getting discouraging. Then I kept seeing more moms turning their social media into their full time incomes with part time hours staying home with their babies… So i decided to go all in, i was close to giving this dream up but God pushed me in this direction and we are running with it… i found a way to learn 8 different ways to earn. Which was great news since no one would hire me🙈 And i never thought id say this but im now embracing my stay at home mom era/work from home. I don’t know how to be a stay at home mom, ive always been a working mom. But I’m learning that working for yourself can be just as rewarding and can also make an impact.
