I feel like these spiritual teachers are so contradictory and can be really confusing people a lot. Later on the same teacher will say you first have to heal the old self to experience the new self and all it’s bringing.

This was such a turning point for me. 🤍 Healing stopped being about becoming so “healed” that nothing could ever hurt or trigger me again. It became learning to trust myself enough to LIVE...knowing that if something does hurt, I can meet myself there. At some point, healing has to become living. ✨
