An Absolutely valid crashout & if it had been me I’d have crashed out way sooner than you did and you’re still going you’re a forced to be reckoned with. You are a wonderful mother and wife, and truthfully sometimes I think it does help and is important occasionally to just say “Eff it” so people realise quite how much you do do. I think sometimes we forget and don’t recognise the actions of others when it feels like the norm, I was the same with my mum when I was younger & looking back and now I dote on her for quite how consistent she was running after my adhd forgetful ass for decades, I’m now 31 and I have felt guilt over it for years 🤣 I’m sure once they’re adults running their own houses too they will be like “oh my god my mum was a miracle worker this shi is hard.” Keep venting keep getting it out, we are here to listen mama. YOUVE GOT THIS.
