The market cap stood near 93.7 billion dollars, rank 5, with the price about 59 percent below the all-time high of 3.65 dollars from July 2025. At that old high, 1,000 XRP would be worth around 3,650 dollars. That is stage one. Stage two rests on tokenization. Citi's base case sees 5.5 trillion dollars in tokenized securities by 2030. If a third of that ran over the XRP Ledger and showed up one to one in market cap, XRP would sit near 29 dollars and 1,000 tokens near 29,000. For context, Token Terminal put the XRP Ledger at about 5 percent of tokenized value held in September, although in 2026 inflows it ranked first with roughly 3.6 billion dollars. Stage three is about payments. Cross border payment flows reached about 195 trillion dollars in 2024 according to FXC Intelligence, so 2 percent would be close to 4 trillion dollars a year. Ripple has worked on bank use cases for years, including RLUSD and partnerships such as the recent one with Mastercard. A share of that size would still be a completely different level from today. Where the thought experiment ends: value moving across a chain does not have to be locked in its token. XRP mainly serves for fees and as a bridge asset, and both tie up only a fraction of the volume.
