all slides are so real especially the second one. my mind is my biggest enemy as i am constantly troubled by what life throws at me and how i socialise or act in response to it and then i internally beat myself up over it. my inner monologue only ever really consists of negative language and i practically hurl abuse at myself as there is also a side of my brain that’s the total opposite which is where i get my victim mentality 😭

People might see this as dramatic but it's truly exhausting to live with it and constantly worry about yourself or others because your OCD constantly finds a way to go against your biggest values
