Hvac journeyman here for local 286 Texas and 393 California. Yes this will work. This is used in industrial hvac in cooling tower setups (they use water and copper lines instead), using earths natural heat rejection of 6ft below. Issues here are roots penetrating the pipes or a rodent dies inside the pipe, I’m sure there’s more but I want to see how this turns out. Good luck man. Looks good

How did you start mold and bacteria from forming when condensation sits in those pipes? It seems like a recipe for a lung infection.
