@juliespeaksout: The timeline still doesn’t make sense. I went back through some of the hardest testimony in this trial and focused specifically on Callan’s timeline. The Commonwealth places the strangulation before approximately 5:38 PM. EMS wasn’t dispatched until approximately 6:11 PM. Then we have the response, CPR, ventilation, multiple attempts at IO access, transport, continued CPR at the hospital, epinephrine, and finally return of a heartbeat. I also included the medical testimony about the 6–8 minute period because I want you to hear the actual testimony, not just my interpretation of it. One piece I still cannot find is the EMS run sheet/ePCR showing the exact transport departure and hospital arrival times. I have looked everywhere I can access. If anyone has that actual record, please send it to me. I want the document, not an estimated time. Until then, I’m not filling that gap with a guess. Watch the testimony and look at the timeline for yourself. How does it reconcile?

This is her closing arguments, none of this is evidence that can be used by the jury.

Note to EMT. Maybe we need to document the exact time we get to an emergency patient.

You're misunderstanding that 6-8 min is referring to brain death, not heart stoppage. Callan was fully brain dead which is why he removed from life support. You can't even get the simple facts straight, no wonder you don't think the timeline works.
