@krsna.garr: A little full circle moment 🤞🏽✨ About a year ago, one of my good friends asked me if I could see myself owning my own Pilates studio, and if so, how long I thought it would take. I told her, “give me 5 years.” I have to be careful what I say because most things I speak into existence end up appearing in one shape, form, or another… The @NordicTrack Ultra 1 Reformer has made that dream feel even more real. I’m mat Pilates certified, but reformer is an area I’m still learning and growing in, so I’ve really loved having access to classical, contemporary, and recovery based sessions through @iFIT and being able to learn from instructors with completely different approaches. And beyond everything the machine can do, I think my favorite part has been having a space where I can put my phone and everything else aside and just move. No commute, no rushing to class, no distractions. Just me, my practice, and a little more time to get curious about movement. A dream I thought would take 5 years somehow became my everyday reality 🥹✨ *IFIT membership sold separately #ad #sponsored #pilatesathome #pilatesstudio #reformerpilates
