I’m 57 and my husband of 30+ years was in a critical accident almost 2 years ago and right after that I took early retirement and I chopped my hair off into a pixie. I let my hair grow gray. I won’t wear uncomfortable clothes, high heels, etc., bras are optional makeup only on the most rarest occasions like I’m just not willing to be uncomfortable anymore inside or out so I’m with you sister! I probably took my crisis to an excessive level but🤷🏼♀️
