My daughter is 3 months in two days. She sleeps “through the night” from around 10pm-4/5/6am and takes her naps being held (our choice, she’s cuddly). How should I start the process of getting her to sleep independently for naps and overnight?

Do you think a 30-minutes every nap is enough for a 4-month-old taking between 3 o 4 naps?

We started night training this week and it’s been amazing, no crying at bedtime and starting with 6-8 hour stretches. But still nervous about trying for naps since I fear he will get way overtired and cause a setback with this progress. Do you think it’s time to try? He is just over 12 weeks.

Can you share more about the responsive sleep training method this momma opted for? This is EXACTLY us right now! Just turned 16 weeks on Friday and are still sleeping in shifts overnight but going back to work and bub starting daycare soon!!
