If I was the Canadian Prime Minister, I would consider that a serious enough issue to close the border to Americans. Trucks checked at the border and checked when they leave and I think anyone involved in that has met the criteria for being charged with treason their underhanded behaviour is definitely harmful to Canada and its people.
