happens to me all the time, it depends what day your camera is set on when you take the picture btw. also a good tip is going to your recently saved album on photos and change the date and time to present

go under your recently saved album under the collections button

just select all of them, then hit the 3 little dots at the top & you can adjust the date and time to where you want them to be in your camera roll
