When BTS finally reunited after years apart because of military service, I wondered why Taehyung never seemed to leave Jin’s side. Now knowing what Jin had been going through in silence, I think I understand. Maybe Taehyung wanted to make sure that Jin would never have to feel alone in a room full of people again. To remind him in every little way that he was loved, that someone was there, that he didn’t have to carry everything by himself. While the world saw a reunion, perhaps Taehyung saw someone he never wanted to see hurting in silence again and there is something so beautiful about that kind of love: learning that someone has been fighting battles you never saw and choosing to become the place where they can finally rest

Taehyung was the only one who made Jin feel needed because Jin was a little upset that the members decided to start the album without him, and he said that it was possible to wait for him a little, and that's why he felt uncomfortable on Vlive's and in interviews! but still, Taehyung and Jin's solo fans hate each other...

The OGs know how both of them got depressed & burnt out coz they couldn’t find an artistic identity & felt they couldn’t contribute artistically much to the BTS albums among other things. That’s why Jin keeps hyping Blue & Gray and Into the Sun as his favorite songs everywhere coz Tae made it & Tae kept encouraging Jin that it felt better after releasing Blue & Gray during Jin’s depressing Dynamite era where he was going through his own imposter syndrome. Their shared artistic growth led to the Into the Sun ending part & that’s why it is so magical & emotional for me
