Tbh it’s better just to find a smaller house cuz who the hell wants a 4 bed room? And like 2 bathrooms? Genuinely is just waste of money if you’re gonna rent a big house especially a mansion basically owning a huge cube and not knowing what to add in genuine waste 🥀

There’s no affordable duplexes in major cities you would literally have to move into a small town and if you’re in Canada forget it duplex is here a minimum of $400,000 if you’re in a small town and if you’re in a city $900,000 I’m not joking🤣

actually, this how you buy s house, its borrow money from yourself, u use that to buy, you spend zero penny, how u do it. go find a large mirror n see if u can find yourself in that mirror, "hey other can I borrow your money to buy us a house" your mirror self will lend you the check take it to the bank, BOOM! Just like that
