Follow these steps to get a clear, transparent broth full of "homecooked flavor." 🥩Nutritious Broth Ingredients 1.5 kg fresh beef (at the butcher, get a bone-in beef shank for rich texture; and a bone- rib for flavor). 1 large white onion, whole. 1 large head of garlic, washed and halved lengthwise (with skin on). 3 ears of corn, husked,, and cut into thick segments. 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into medium chunks. 4 white potatoes, washed and quartered. 3 young zucchinis, cut into rounds. 1/4 head of cabbage, cut into large chunks. 1 large handful of fresh cilantro, washed.
