They all face same pressure depending on the circumstances, when there are no ore, Geo goes through a lot of pressure, when there is ore but they aren’t staked out for production team, surveyor goes through it, similar to underground but in all Geo goes through it more

In fact, they work closely together the geologist identifies the ore, while the surveyor helps ensure the mine reaches and extracts it in the correct location and safely. Geologist finds the treasure. Mine Surveyor makes sure you reach it accurately and safely. So, in mining: Geologist + Mine Surveyor = Teamwork, not competition.
