integrate some separation between the end of work and seeing family. walk home, exercise, journal in the train home. awareness is only helpful if it informs your actions.

Ummmm no. If anything I can come home to my family and feel the weight fall off of me and just debrief with my partner or hug him and not say anything if I don’t want to talk. And seeing my baby and making her smile makes me forget all of my problems. If this is how you feel when you come home to your family you should probably talk to someone

Everyone gets mad that I never want to do anything after work. And I’ll only do things on the weekend. I work 10 hours and only get like 3 hours of free time before bed time. I hate it but if I’m out late and off my routine I’m a B the next day

I made an effort to stop doing this years ago. I love my husband, and he doesn't deserve the anger that I have towards ppl and things that happen at work. the ppl at work deserve to see that anger more than the person who loves and supports me.
