@armin.phys1o: Sharp Pain When Lifting Your Arm Overhead? It Could Be Shoulder Impingement. Shoulder impingement describes pain that occurs when structures around the rotator cuff and subacromial space become irritated, often during repetitive or overhead movements. Common signs: ✅ Pain lifting your arm overhead ✅ Pain through the middle range of lifting your arm ✅ Pain reaching behind your back ✅ Weakness or discomfort with lifting ✅ Pain when lying on the affected shoulder 💪 Try the exercises in this video: Perform 3 sets of 10–15 reps, moving slowly and with control. Improving rotator cuff strength, shoulder blade control, and shoulder mobility can help reduce symptoms and get you back to lifting, training, and everyday activities. #shoulderimpingement #shoulderpain #rotatorcuff #shoulderrehab #shoulderstrength
These actually worked for my situation. There are a million shoulder exercise suggestions but with these I finally started feeling instant relief. I'll set an alarm to do twice per day and a couple of test days per week.

Why is the finger pointing downwards? Since you want to strengthen the supraspinatus, shouldn't the finger be pointing upwards? I’d appreciate an explanation.
