So glad you felt safe opening up to your colleagues! I’ve been open with it since the beginning, but every year I get a new wig there are also new coworkers. Every time I still get a bit nervous, but people are always kind about it! 💖

im an orthodox jew and we wear wigs in my community when we get married so I can usually spot a wig from a mile away. i would never have guessed. oh, and i have androgenic alopecia... currently can still wear extensions but I know a wig is in my (balding) future and I love your confidence!!

We are all in this together! I have hair loss and thinning from PCOS and high androgens. My male coworker who is losing his hair also has convos about our journey with minoxidil lol. It’s a vibe and i have female coworkers too who also have convos. You’re not alone and I’m so HAPPY for you 🥰

I recently had a similar conversation with colleagues. I have hair loss due to a hormonal deficiency, and I have been using and trying many different products to help, so I was discussing this with a few women I work with, and of the 4 of us, 2 were using some kind of hair-topper, extension, faux ponytail, etc. I was surprised but also really loved feeling like I wasn’t alone and thinning hair or hair loss was something so many women deal with and hardly anyone would have known. So happy you were able to be proud of your wig, and make a new connection with someone close to you. 🥰
