@overgenpoverty: sooo you opened a HYSA, now make sure you’re actually using it to it’s full potential ✨ first ~ make sure your direct deposit is being sent to your HYSA account so it can make as much interest as possible second ~ automate your savings and create buckets/sinking funds for every goal third ~ create an: 🚨 emergency fund (this one is REQUIRED) and you should aim for 6 months but prioritize having at least $1,000 in here if you’re just starting here are some of my fav sinking funds: ☀️ hot girl summer (make this one now so by the time next summer comes around you have $$ to splurge during this season) ✈️ travel (never go into debt for a trip again!! fund this one year round so the next time someone invites you on a girls trip, you have the money to say yes) 🐶 pet (emergencies happen, so if you have a fur baby, make sure you’re planning for them too) 💍 wedding (if you’re engaged or in a serious relationship, start saving for the wedding NOW) what should I cover next? 💓 lmk below!! #hysa #saving #sinkingfunds #mexicanrichgirlseries #personalfinanceforlatinas
