Hey friend I actually freeze the sourdough and lay it out a few minutes before I’m gonna toast it . It stays true to texture and flavor that way. Just a little tip.

I really like their everything bagel sourdough!! I put it in the freezer though to save it until I want it and just take it out 2 pieces at a time to toast it.

Aldis has a beautiful cheese area, very wide variety! Thier produce is almost always key on fresh, wide variety of orgainc fresh produce about half what you pay at Walmart or about.... Thier bread selection is also top of the line. lots of great fresh baked items too, thier cranberry oatmeal cookies are a must try lol. There meat selections is of a wide variety I'll say, I only buy organic meat and they do offer grass fed hamburger meat along with fresh chicken breast to wild caught fish and shrimp selections in the freezer area. You do have to bring your own bags for what you shop for and pay .25 to unlock the cart. It's a cute/classy small store that's easy to get around and out, unlike Walmart walking hahaha 😆
