My 16 year old daughter is blind and I want more than anything to get her these glasses. I wasn't sure how they would help but I thought they would. Im trying hard to get them for her for Christmas! ❤️❤️

It’s not quite at the point where it can read someone an entire book, yet! But it will read simple pages, tell her what she’s holding in her hand, and describe what’s in front of her. And one of the REALLY cool features is called Be My Eyes. If she says, “Meta, Be My Eyes,” a volunteer can connect through her glasses and actually tell her in detail what’s in front of her. How amazing is that?! Look it up, it’s SO cool!!!

This is an absolutely amazing story. However, there are so many unfortunate other blind people in the country who cannot afford these glasses. which is what makes it the most sad. I mean, I know half of us today are trying to figure out how we’re going to pay the electric bill and put food in the fridge and pay rent, especially if you’re living in California

Love this 🥺. I wonder if they can put prescription in these glasses. This would help my daughter out so much in school. She’s 80% blind and struggles so much seeing small text books. Or up on the board.
