@elenalongevity28: I've learned most of it the hard way. At 58, these are 7 things I wish I'd understood sooner: 1. "This is just aging" is a description, not an explanation. I accepted it for years. 2. Rest before your body forces you to. Slowing down is productive too. 3. The products weren't failing. Something underneath them was, and nobody at a counter ever said so. 4. Collagen comes from your plate, not a jar. 5. Let go of the relationships that leave you drained. History isn't a reason to hold on. 6. You don't owe everyone an explanation for what you're doing differently. 7. Give yourself permission to start again. At any age. The things that changed me most weren't about doing more. They were about asking better questions and refusing to just accept the first answer.
