I was vegetarian for 19 years and never felt more unhealthy… eating tons more (not very nutritious and often additive heavy ‘fake meat’) food to fill me up rather than actual protein… 😩

im not medical but ive been on steroids before for chest infections and 6 steroids is what I've had to take before. Just be careful that the antibiotics dont mess your stomach up. they can irritate the good bacteria in your gut. so make sure you have a lot of yogurt, kefir etc

Currently suffering still after a tooth extraction I had last Wednesday might need to go back to the dentist it’s waking me up every 4 hours nearly I’m not sleeping great with it at the moment 🥺
