April 5th 2010 my parents adopted a six year old dog from east valley. She was a mom rescued from a puppy mill. She passed from cancer in September of 2020. Best dog I ever had but I do remember that east valley didn’t have a whole lot of indoor facilities. Anyone who can send help please do.
