Being a dad is one of those things you can dream about your whole life, but you don’t fully understand how special it is until you’re actually living it. I always knew I wanted this life. I wanted to be a husband. I wanted to be a dad. I wanted a family, a home filled with kids, and most importantly, I wanted to build a career that allowed me to actually be there for all of it. That was always one of my biggest goals. I never wanted to work so hard just to create a life that kept me away from the people I was working so hard for. I wanted to work from home. I wanted to be there 90-100% of the time. I wanted to see the random little moments throughout the day that you don’t get back. I wanted my kids to grow up knowing Dada was there. And we have worked so hard to build a life that allows us to do that. It’s definitely not always easy 😂 Running businesses, creating content, raising two babies, building a house, and trying to be present for all of it can get crazy. But we’re doing it together. And I think becoming parents has made me appreciate Brielle and our relationship even more. We’ve been through so many different seasons of life together. We’ve dreamed together, struggled together, succeeded together, became parents together, and now we get to raise these two little ones together. Watching Brielle become the mom she is has just added another layer to the love and respect I have for her. She loves our babies so deeply. She thinks about the little things nobody else would ever think about. She makes sacrifices nobody sees. She gives so much of herself to our family every single day. And now this isn’t just about me and her anymore. It’s about us. It’s about the family we’re building and the example we’re setting. Our kids are watching everything. Xalïa is watching how her Dada loves her Mama, and I want her to grow up knowing how she deserves to be loved. Lyric is watching how his Dada treats his Mama, and I want him to grow up knowing what it means to love, respect, protect, and be present for his future family. They’re watching how we communicate. How we forgive each other. How we work together. How we handle the hard days. How we celebrate the good ones. We won’t always get it right, but hopefully they grow up and always know how much Dada and Mama loved each other and how much we loved being their parents. Because as much as we work, dream, create, build businesses, build our home, and chase the next goal, none of those things mean more than what we’re building inside our family. These are the years we’re going to wish we could have back one day. The toys everywhere. The random screaming 😂 The little feet running through the house. Someone always needing to be held. Trying to have a conversation while one kid is climbing on us and the other one needs something. The hugs for absolutely no reason. The “Dada, look!” The little moments that seem normal today but will probably be the memories we talk about for the rest of our lives. That’s why being present has always mattered so much to me. Success was never supposed to mean spending less time with my family. The whole point was creating the freedom to spend more time with them. We’ve worked extremely hard to get to where we are, and we still have so many dreams we’re chasing together. But I never want to become so focused on where we’re going that we forget to enjoy where we are. I love being a dad. I love being Brielle’s husband. I love that the person I chose to build my life with is the same person I get to raise our babies with. And I love that when our kids look back at their childhood one day, hopefully one of the biggest things they remember is simply that Dada and Mama were there. Not just for the big moments. For the normal ones too. Because this was never just about building a successful life. We wanted to build a life we could actually be present for. ❤️
