Maruman Mnemosyne completely changed my perception of expensive notebooks. The paper is as smooth as silk, even the worst pen glides across it seamlessly. I’d give it an S++!

I’m my opinion for something as simple as notebooks or journals it should not be exceeding $10 depending on the how many pages and the gsm but I would still love try one these popular journal brands

Rhodia composition books though are so good for work and school notes. Cheap, thick smooth paper. Year they’re boring not for a fancy journal maybe but super functional.
