I would go all black. Find a cute black bralette or tank top. Black SKINNY jeans (this is crucial, the balance of this outfit is all off), or black jean shorts (French tuck if choosing this option). Someone in the comments mentioned a long, black, low-rise hippie type skirt, that could also be a witchy option. Black slip dress if you had one. I feel like knowing what concert/vibe this is for is critical information.

I think hair up off the shoulders so your hair doesn’t “glob?” up with the top that is very loose fitting. I would have gone with almost any colored bottoms as long as it was solid color (not faded or white washed) and fitted.

(IMO!) the flow of the skirt doesn't go well with the flow of the top. I'd try something slim on the bottom (mini skirt? idk maybe try biker shorts? could be crazy), or really loose/ low rise pants Also the cami is a little too casual under? I agree with the call for a sports bra/bralette or a different tank under. you could even do that lacy brown one, fold under the bottom half into your bra to give it a cropped look ?

I love that in 30 seconds we just reverted to your most normal outfit plus the top 😂 . Imo the sheer top/bra (or neutral sports bra if you want a little more coverage) plus long black jeans would look good and not feel overdressed. I also think the skirt looks fine and not like too much.

Red tank girl to red tank girl that like to wear Jeans, red tanks will almost always mesh better with mid-dark wash jeans (I know you didn't end up wearing that, and your final outfit was super cute! Just one of my personal tips and you can tell me to screw off if you didn't want it. But you've talked about wanting to glow up and look less childish and red tanks with light wash jeans just do 😭🫶)
