so if the past doesnt exist does it mean if an arguement or a bad thing happened in the past, we remove our awareness from it, it doesnt exist? also similarly, a memory of the past is just an illusion cos it doesnt exist unless we bring it to our awareness? essentially memories are just lies we keep telling ourselves?

that actually is liberating because u are always living stuff internally as if they are reality, truth. when actually u r entertaining it. that’s why where attention go energy flow. if u still feel bad, sad, frustrated etc. reading this is because ur energy is still flowing in the direction ur attention was put. if u obsess over something u will feel exhausted, frustrated as ur doing something against will. that’s because there isn’t just attention, there is ur soul,essence that is connected to ur way of being. and it’s not just what u think about, but even how ur thinking about it. the what may be unconscious (like whether), but in the how stays actually the potential to not be influenced by it. and in this space, in this freedom stays awareness. cause when u are free from these thoughts, un-touched u start enjoying and directioning.
