#elfacto #ayotzinapa

The most successful people you know have probably been through a lot. In this conversation, @TIFFANY HADDISH shares a perspective on trauma that reframes the way many of us think about hardship. She hasn't met a successful person who hasn't faced real difficulty. Not one. But what separates the people who grow from the ones who don't isn't the experience itself. It's what they do with it. As Tiffany explains, a farmer doesn't throw away the manure. They use it to fertilize a crop and feed a nation. The same principle applies to the pain, the setbacks, and the hard seasons of life. The question isn't whether trauma will show up. It's whether you'll use it. Watch the full conversation, out now on all major streaming platforms.
