l interview someone years ago for a job. A required question was, where do you see yourself in 5 years? The applicant said to me "Not here". l could not help but laugh!

I went for a job interview and they asked me why I wanted to work there, and I was so frustrated at the question that I was visibly shaking my head and squinting my eyes. The guy got up and said thank you very much and left. And I didn’t get the job. But what an asinine question. We want to work there so that we can pay our bills. The idea that I want to be part of the culture and drink the Kool-Aid is ridiculous.

It’s so annoying all these questions the only answer should be well Gary I need money to live my life and pay my bills, so this is why I’m choosing your work place so I’m not on the streets!! And then they put you on this mass interview where you’re fighting with 100 others for the same job [Tears of joy]..
