Answering 30-40 messages and emails a day just isn’t realistic for me right now so I am moving to a new ordering platform. It’s a bit more expensive for me, but it has a far better tracking app for you and allows you to see all steps in the process. New orders won’t reopen until this is completed. My current platform isn’t going anywhere as it’s my POS system for events, so all order history will stay with me. I can’t even stress enough how much I appreciate your support, kindness, and patience with me. I want to improve turnaround time and your overall experience, so Sam’s Got the Scoop may look a little different when we return. But don’t worry, the inventory is only getting better. ❤️
