@tamaralynne: I LOVE a good reset. 🥰 Today’s project: the pantry. I pulled everything out, wiped down every shelf, swept and mopped the floor, cleaned the baseboards, tossed anything I knew I wasn’t realistically going to eat before it expired, and then put everything back in a way that actually makes sense. And that AFTER?! 😍 There is something so satisfying about taking a space that has slowly gotten a little chaotic and making it feel fresh again. I also had to be honest with myself about the food I was keeping just because it was there. If I’m looking at something and thinking, “I’m never going to eat this,” then why am I taking up valuable pantry real estate with it? Out it goes. Sometimes the best kind of self-care isn’t a spa day. Sometimes it’s cleaning the pantry, throwing out the expired stuff, wiping down the shelves and standing back afterward thinking… “Yep.
