it kinda shows how many people haven’t worked with a fryer… the oil really isn’t that old and doesn’t need to be changed for a few days.. You’re supposed to skim the top of the oil, crumbs only get in there from the frozen food we put on it. Specially when you dump a bag of fries in

ok, I work at a fast food place. that oil isnt dark and burning its pretty damn clean. she is skimming off the crumbs from whatever they were frying. I do it often because fries do that alot

yall don’t know ab oil we have fryer sticks to test the grease if you stick it down in there, I can still see it then you don’t have to change it. It may look dark to you but the oil gets filtered. It’s fine.
