The one we used have put bracelets on the kids and parents and checked them before you left to make sure they matched

In the uk they have gates which is locked by metal magnets and staff have to let u out u have a sign in and out sheet and ur not allowed to enter unless u have a child with u

I always check which kids belong to who. And i watch my kids but also with half an eye all the other kids. If one mom is distracted i will look after the other (from far of corse)

I was teaching my mom a valuable lesson once. we were at Walmart and my mom loves to food shop. She had the shopping cart with my 9 month-1 year child in the seat of the basket. (21 years ago so not exactly sure on age) I told my mom I'd be back and left the basket with her. When I came back I kinda walked slowly and my moms back was on my son. She was looking and the food. I walked up took my son and walked away. My son not making a peep. I went and hid and watched my mom. About 30 to 45 seconds later she turned back towards the cart and looked in a state of shock. she turned around and looked around and looked back at the cart. I quickly came out because I didn't want my mom to start screaming, I said you see how fast someone can take him. Another time my son was older maybe 3 and I was at Walmart with my husband and by this time my son could walk well. We were looking for clothes for him and I though he was with my husband and my husband though he was with me. When we both met up neither of us had him. I immediately went to staff and told them my son was missing and gave description and she immediately got on the radio. Meanwhile, my husband went to the toy department and found my son. Staff saw them walking together and stopped them. My husband had to explain he was the dad but they would leave his side until they came back to me to verify. Another time 🫨🫨🫨🫨 I was at work and my mom was baby sitting my son. We lived in very small town on top of a mountains. There were 3 routes in and out of this town and all three were lonely mountain roads. My son was about 4.5 at this time and my mom let him outside to play in the parking lot of our apartment complex She would check on him through the window. At one point she checked in him and he was missing. She ran outside and searched and immediately called the police. Then she called me at work 40 minutes away at the bottom of the mountain. I near lost my mind and told my boss I had to go home. I made it to the base of the mountain right before I lost cell service and my mom told me she found him. He had gone to the friends house without permission. Kids can disappear in the blink of an eye.

That’s so scary!!! I’m so happy I chose not to have kids because I would be worried about every single thing. I probably wouldn’t be able to sleep at night, especially with the world in the state that it is in right now. I don’t know how mothers are able to let their kids even go to school with everything that’s going on in school. My heart is going out for you mothers. Keep an eye on your children, they are watching you closely.
