if you put a few grains, like a quarter teaspoon, of DRY, UNCOOKED rice in your seasonings containers it will soak up any humidity in them and leave your spices dry and easily shakeable instead of stuck to the bottom

start measuring your seasonings with a spoon before putting them into the pot, the steam from the pot gathers in the containers and makes them stick(and go bad). you don't need to exactly measure stuff, just wing it
