Hence spirit of Jezebel, it's the spirit that was in her that lives on through people but it's identified as Jezebel because it was in her, operating in her and that spirit that was operating within her was not of God, and its a spirit with many qualities, just because she Jezebel was not promiscuous, it didn't manifest as that through her doesn't mean it can't manifest as that through other people...eg.spirit of Elijah that was in John has he did his ministry...the spirit of Jezebel is not Jezebel infact it's an ancient spirit, way older than her.
